The inner liner and shell of the vertical electric welding insulated Dewar bottle are made of stainless steel material, and the inner liner support system is made of stainless steel material to enhance the compressive strength and reasonably reduce the heat loss rate. There is an adiabatic layer between the inner liner and the casing, and the double-layer thermal insulation material and high vacuum value ensure the storage time of liquid state.
The inner side of the housing is equipped with a built-in vaporizer, which can convert low temperature liquid into vapor. The built-in booster can increase the working pressure to the predetermined working pressure, which can be maintained for a long time during the whole process of application to achieve the purpose of fast and stable application. Each insulated Dewar bottle has a stainless steel material ring structure (protective cover) on the top to protect the pipeline. The protective cover is attached to the cylinder with four support brackets, each with a slotted groove for easy handling of the Dewar bottle by cars and lifting equipment.
All operating components are placed on top of the Dewar bottle for easy handling. In the independent application environment, users can reasonably regulate the whole process of application through automatic venting valve, booster valve, air pressure gauge and quick liquid phase valve.
In order to ensure that the inner liner of Dewar bottle is lower than the working pressure according to the hermeneutic, the valve and explosion-proof type piece are installed on the Dewar bottle.
