(2) Daily attention should be paid to check: cryogenic storage tanks outside the fire sprinkler, lightning protection, anti-static grounding wire and other supporting facilities are intact.

(3) Cryogenic storage tank base to frequently observe, found that there is no subsidence or damage to the phenomenon, the problem should be reported and dealt with in a timely manner.

(4) Safety valve to be regularly inspected, observe the presence of frost, and the phenomenon of condensation, low-temperature storage tanks on the safety valve needs to be recalibrated after the jump.

(5) The outside surface of the tank should be regularly inspected for deformation, corrosion, frost, condensation and other abnormalities, and problems found in a timely manner, reported and dealt with.

(6) Tank level should be within the normal storage range, the upper limit of the liquid level of 85%, the lower limit of 15%.

(7) There are pressure gauges and differential pressure level meters on the storage tanks, with on-site instructions and remote transmission, remote transmission is transmitted to the central control room as the collection of self-control data, to be regularly tested and calibrated. The level meter and tank capacity should be corrected according to the density of the stored medium.

(8) The first valve connected with the tank shall not be used as a control valve for incoming and outgoing materials and shall not be allowed to switch on and off frequently. Should be kept in the normally open state, regular switching, keep flexible and good. Because the first valve replacement is very difficult.

(9) Low-temperature valves after a period of time, there will be liquid leakage. If a slight leak is found in the upper gland, the packing gland should be compressed. If the spool can not be closed, the spool should be replaced, cryogenic valves are strictly prohibited to oil and water cleaning.

(10) No material shall be stored around the cryogenic storage tank to obstruct the pedestrian passage and operation, and keep the site neat and tidy.

LNG is playing an increasingly important role in the development of China’s town gas. the design of LNG gasification station must strictly comply with the current relevant national norms, safely and reasonably lay out the general diagram, strictly control the temperature and pressure parameters of pipelines and equipment, and should design reasonable and safe automatic control, electrical and fire fighting facilities to eliminate various hidden dangers of LNG, so that it can play a greater role in the development of society.
