Vertical Dewar bottles normally have 4 valves, i.e. liquid use valve, gas use valve, venting valve and pressure boosting valve. In addition, there is a gas phase pressure gauge and a liquid level gauge. The Dewar bottle is not only equipped with a safety valve, but also with a rupture disc. Once the pressure of the gas inside the bottle exceeds the starting pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve will immediately jump to automatically vent the pressure. If the safety valve fails or the cylinder accident causes the vacuum layer to break, the pressure inside the bottle rises sharply to a certain degree, the rupture disc set up by it will automatically rupture, so that the pressure inside the bottle will drop to atmospheric pressure in time.
The Dewar bottle stores medical liquid oxygen, which greatly increases the oxygen storage capacity. 1 Dewar bottle with a volume of 175 L has the same oxygen storage capacity as 28 high-pressure cylinders with a volume of 40 L. This greatly reduces the pressure of transportation and the investment of capital.

There are 2 ways to use Dewar bottles:
　　(1) Vertical Dewar bottle gas use valve, connect one end of the high pressure metal hose to the Dewar bottle gas use valve and one end to the sink, open the booster valve first, then slowly open the gas use valve to use, most hospitals only use the gas phase valve to meet the gas requirements.
　　(2) Vertical Dewar bottle liquid use valve, using high pressure metal hose to connect the pipeline where the Dewar bottle liquid valve is located to the vaporizer, the size of the vaporizer is configured according to the size of the gas consumption, using seamless steel pipe pipeline to transport gas, the pipeline is installed with pressure reducing valve, safety valve, pressure gauge to control the safety of the gas supply system, so that it is convenient and stable to use gas, but also to ensure the safe use. When using Dewar bottle, first confirm the connection, then open the liquid use valve, if the gas pressure can not reach the use requirements, you can open the booster valve, wait a few minutes the pressure will rise and reach the use requirements .
