  2. During use, first open the main valve of the cylinder counterclockwise and observe the high-pressure gauge reading. Record the total pressure of carbon dioxide inside the high-pressure cylinder. Then, turn the pressure adjustment screw of the low-pressure gauge clockwise to compress the main spring and open the valve. This allows high-pressure gas from the inlet to flow into the low-pressure chamber through throttle pressure, connecting to the working chamber. After use, close the main valve of the cylinder clockwise and then loosen the pressure relief valve counterclockwise.
  3. Prevent the cylinder from being exposed to excessive temperatures. Store the cylinder in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, and ensure the temperature does not exceed 31 degrees Celsius.
  4. Cylinders should not be placed horizontally. If a cylinder is laid flat and the pressure relief valve is opened, the rapid gasification of carbon dioxide liquid can lead to pipe rupture and significant CO2 leakage accidents.
  5. Ensure that the pressure relief valve connection and pressure regulating device are correctly attached and in good condition without any leaks or damage.
  6. Regularly inspect old cylinders and only continue to use them if they pass the pressure test after exceeding the designated safety lifespan according to the cylinder safety regulations.

Adhering to these safety operating procedures is crucial to ensure the proper handling and use of carbon dioxide cylinders, promoting a safe working environment and minimizing potential risks.
