1.Filling principle:Adopt the pressure difference between the storage tank and the Dewar bottle to fill directly.
Make sure that the medium to be filled is the same as the medium in the Dewar bottle. If it is different, it must be filled after the Dewar bottle has been completely emptied.
Warning: Before filling, confirm the media in the bottle and the filling media.
2. Determine the correct total filling weight, i.e. the sum of the empty bottle weight, the filling line weight and the maximum filling weight as shown on the Dewar nameplate in the “Performance Data Sheet”. It is strictly forbidden to overcharge the cylinder.
3. Connect the inlet and outlet valves of the Dewar bottle to the supply source and tighten them with special hoses so as not to leak.
4. Open the vent valve and inlet and outlet valves on the Dewar bottle, open the outlet valve on the storage tank and the check valve on the filling pipe and start filling.
Warning: Filling should be done in a well-ventilated area, as gas accumulation is very dangerous.
5. During the filling process, monitor the pressure in the bottle with a pressure gauge and adjust the discharge valve to keep the pressure between 0.07 and 0.1mpa (10-15psi).
6. Throughout the filling process, the pressure in the liner of the Dewar bottle must be monitored and the “vent valve” adjusted to maintain a pressure of 10-15 psig (excluding CO2 liquid) in the liner.
7. When the total fill weight is reached, close the inlet and outlet valves on the Dewar bottle] and the outlet valve”].
8. Close the shut-off valve in the filling line and open the vent valve in the filling line to empty the filling line of all remaining liquid and gas.
9. Remove the hose and Dewar bottle from the scale.

Note: The pressure of the filled Dewar bottle rises rapidly, which may cause the safety valve to open.
Note: Be careful not to smoke or go near fire immediately after the procedure with liquid oxygen or liquefied natural gas due to the possibility of spilling with the liquid oxygen or liquefied natural gas.
Note: Liquid carbon dioxide forms solid dry ice when the saturation pressure of liquid carbon dioxide drops to 0.48mpa (70psi). Fill liquid with 1751/195/210 and 4991 Dewar bottles
When CO2 is oxidized, the cylinder must be filled with CO2 gas only.Dewar Cylinder
