Liquid nitrogen is a kind of ultra-low-temperature liquid, easy to volatilize, the temperature can be as low as -196 ℃, the operation should wear antifreeze gloves and other items to prevent the skin from contacting with liquid nitrogen, to protect their own safety from frostbite. Liquid nitrogen has the property of oxygen exclusion and asphyxiation, so if liquid nitrogen is operated indoors, good air circulation should be ensured to avoid the danger of asphyxiation of the operator. It is strictly prohibited to block the liquid nitrogen barrel (i.e. cryogenic storage tank) cover plug items, otherwise the evaporated nitrogen can not be natural volatilization overflow, resulting in an increase in the internal pressure of the liquid nitrogen barrel, which will lead to damage to the cryogenic storage tanks, and may cause serious safety problems.

Cryogenic storage tanks should be stored in a cool place and keep the external environment well ventilated, and must not be put into the place where the sunlight can be directly. Due to the manufacturing precision of cryogenic storage tanks, whether in use or storage, should not be tilted, inverted, horizontal, pile pressure, cans and cans with each other or collision with other objects, should be gently put and always keep the tank upright.
